AFC Fourth Round 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualification

AFC (Asia) Fourth Round 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualification.

The fourth round will see the group winners and runners-up from the third round play in two groups of five.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals in Brazil, while the two third-placed teams advance to the fifth round.

Seeding

The draw date, location, and procedure for Round Four will be confirmed by the end of Round Three by the Organising Committee for the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014. The AFC have proposed that the teams that qualify for this stage will be ranked according to the latest FIFA rankings at the time of the draw.

Groups

The matches are currently scheduled to take place between 3 June 2012 and 18 June 2013.
