Teams finishing 3rd in the fourth round groups will play each other to determine a possible 5th qualifier from Asia.
Draw
The draw date, location, and procedure for Round Five will be confirmed by the end of Round Four by the Organising Committee for the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014.
Matches
The matches are currently scheduled to be played on 6 and 10 September 2013, with the order of the two legs yet to be determined.
